House Gaming Oversight Committee passes bill requiring casinos to mail patrons statements of wins and losses

Earlier this week, the PA House of Representatives’ Gaming Oversight Committee passed a bill that would require casinos to issue monthly statements showing patrons with reward cards, also known as loyalty cards, how much money they have won and lost.

House Bill 587, which was introduced by Rep. Paul Clymer, R-Perkasie, is now headed to the full House for a vote there.
