Historic Penn Farm opens in New Castle
Governor Markell will be on hand to help celebrate the grand opening of Historic Penn Farm.
The farm on Frenchtown Road in New Castle will serve as an urban agriculture center, producing and promoting produce and other agricultural products. The farm will host public programsa nd event, and will integrate William Penn High School students in all facets of farm operations.
