Groundbreaking for Wilmington Riverfront hotel

State and city leaders will help break ground on a new hotel at the Wilmington Riverfront.
The $37 million Westin Wilmington will be the city’s first new full-service hotel in nearly 20 years.  The ten-story, 180-room facility will eventually employ 123 workers and add $3.9 million in state and city tax revenues in its first three years.  The hotel will be adjacent to the Chase Center and near Frawley Stadium.
