Governor Markell brings attention to mental health month

Gov. Jack Markell, D-Del., kicked off May as Mental Health Month on Tuesday with the signing of a proclamation to bring more attention to such issuses.

Lt. Gov. Matt Denn was along side Markell, to raise awareness regarding mental and behavioral health issues affecting our children and communities.  they also came together to highlight successful collaborative state and community partnerships in the community.

Markell and Denn presented the proclamation at the Delaware Prevention & Behavioral Health Forum in Dover.
