Georgetown woman named Delaware mother of the year.
The Delaware Association of American Mothers has named Rosalie Betts Walls as the top mother of 2012.  Walls was nominated by the Georgetown Historical Society in part for her service as president of the Return Day Committee.  She was also nominated by 17 other civic and community groups for her volunteer work.  Walls will be officially named Mother of the Year in a ceremony at Governor Markell’s official residence in Dover later this month.
