Gas prices finally start fall retreat

After rising through the end of August and into most of September, gas prices in Delaware are finally starting to fall.

Delaware’s gas average stands at $3.77 per gallon, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.  That’s down three cents over the weekend and down eight cents in the past week.  The national average is at $3.81, which is also an eight cent drop over the past week.  AAA analysts expect the decline in prices to continue through the final three months of the year.
