First Person: Tom Evans

    33 years ago, the Coastal Barrier Resources Act was signed into law. One of the authors of the law was Tom Evans, Former Delaware Congressman, and our First Person guest.

    Its goal was to minimize loss of life in big storms, reduce wasteful spending by the federal government because of those storms and protect the coastal barriers which are so critical to our environment. The folks at Content Delaware, one of our content partners produced the film. One of the authors of the Coastal Resources Act was Tom Evans, Former Delaware Congressman, and our First Person guest.
