Fatal Philadelphia apartment fire was set

Authorities say a Philadelphia apartment building fire that left one person dead and four others injured was intentionally set.

A 31-year-old man died after jumping from a second floor window at the three-story building in the city’s Kensington section early Monday.

A woman was in critical condition with burns and three others sustained minor injuries.

Firefighters brought the fire under control in about an hour. They say 18 people have been displaced by the fire.
