Fatal crash snarls Delaware traffic

One man is dead after his utility truck was involved in a serious crash on southbound I-95 Monday morning.
State Police say the utility truck flipped over during the crash around 6:54 Monday morning in the area of Churchman’s Marsh on southbound I-95. The driver of the truck was taken to Christiana Hospital with serious injuries. He was later pronounced dead.
It’s not clear how the crash happened. State Police are still investigating and are expected to release more information about the incident.
The incident caused major traffic backups during morning rush hour on both sides of I-95 and surrounding roadways. At one point, all lanes of southbound 95 were completely shut down.
