Farm summit connects growers to buyers
Farmers meet with buyers at the fifth annual First Rate-First State Summit in Dover.Delaware fruit and vegetable growers will meet with buyers at today’s summit at the Terry Campus of Delaware Technical and Community College. Those buyers include school districts, grocers and farmers’ market managers. The goal is to get more locally grown produce into the hands of Delaware consumers.
