Double shooting leaves two dead in Delaware

Two men were fatally shot at an apartment complex near Newark.
New Castle County police say they got a report of shots fired around 7:15 p.m. Monday at the Vinings at Christiana apartments. Officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene. New Castle County paramedics say the other man was in cardiac arrest when they arrived and was taken to a hospital with CPR in progress. Police say that man died at the hospital.
Police say the investigation is in the preliminary stages. No suspects have been identified.
