Detail of School District’s facilities plan presented today

Details of the School District of Philadelphia’s master facilities plan are expected today at a School Reform Commission meeting after it was revealed last week no schools will close in the coming school year.

Several elements are expected at the presentation, including

a draft of the plan with facility conditions and projected enrollment
an overview of the three-year, three-phase adjustment period
proposed policy for building adaptation and reuse
    an estimate of the savings

NewsWorks partner the Public School Notebook will have more on the plans following the meeting.
