Delaware Supreme Court hears cases at Widener Law

The Delaware Supreme Court is going on a field trip, hearing cases on the campus of Widener Law.
The three justice panel will hear three cases today at the school’s Ruby Vale Moot Courtroom starting at 10 a.m.  The visit has become an annual tradition and serves as a teach tool to help law students at Widener see the high court in action.  It’s the sixth year the justices  have gone back to school at Widener.  The oral arguments are open to the public.
