Delaware gas prices stabilize after several weeks of increases at the pumps

Delaware gas prices remained stable during the final week of July, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.

Gas was selling for an average of $3.73 a gallon as of the end of the month, unchanged from the previous week.  Several weeks of increases followed weeks of declines in the average price of gas.  As of now, gas sells for about ten-cents less per gallon compared to the start of the summer driving season at the Memorial Day weekend.  Crude prices were going down amid uncertainty about whether the nation’s debt crisis would be resolved.  CLICK HERE to track gas prices in your town or neighborhood with AAA’s Fuel Price Finder.
