Delaware gas prices continue to tumble

Prices at the pumps in Delaware are down four-cents from a week ago, according to AAA Mid-Atlantic.

A gallon of gas now goes for an average of $3.29.  Delaware’s average is below the national average of $3.40, but still five-cents above neighboring New Jersey.  Prices are down about 60-cents a gallon since reaching their peak in mid-May.  The declining price of crude oil is the main reason for the four-week trend of declining gas prices, according to AAA.  Crude prices react to a variety of national and worldwide economic factors.  CLICK HERE to shop for gas prices in your town or neighborhood using AAA Mid-Atlantic’s Fuel Finder.
