Commission on Parks and Rec releases draft of Open Lands Protection Ordinance

At the September 22, 2010 Commission on Parks and Recreation meeting, a draft lands protection ordinance was presented, as required by the Charter Change Referendum passed in November 2008.  The draft was authored by the Commission’s Land Use Committee.  The Commission is inviting pubic testimony on the draft ordinance at its next meeting on October 27, 2010 at 6 p.m. at the main branch of the Free Library.
