Colonial School District signs agreement linking the district with Wilmington University.

The deal that will be signed today at William Penn High School will create a reading clinic, offer parent training, and allow William Penn students to receive college credits while still in high school. Wilmington University student teachers will be able to complete their clinical training and internships at Eisenberg Elementary School in the district, while doctoral candidates will do internships at the Colonial School District administration office.
