Christiana Care wins $10 million award

Christiana Care gets $10 million in the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation’s Health Care Innovation Awards program.  

The money will be used to develop a new model of care using information technology to provide more coordinated care and greater value for patients.  Christiana Care’s proposal was one of 107 projects to win grant funding out of more than 3,000 applicants around the country.
