Camden gets bad news in N.J. budget address, school psychologists gather for conference

    Good morning, Feeders!

This afternoon, Maiken Scott will be in Center City for a press conference about the Philadelphia social services budget.

First, Lizz Fiedler will talk to city officials in Camden about yesterday’s New Jersey budget address. The city’s transitional aid is in jeopardy. Lizz will also look at the jury selection process for the trial of two Philadelphia priests charged with sexual abuse and the monsignor accused of covering up their acts.

Peter Crimmins will be outside the Free Library of Philadelphia where protesters will speak out against the transfer of audio books to Pittsburgh. It’s a result of consolidations at the Library for the Blind.

Maiken will also have details on the school psychologists conference happening this week as Kevin McCorry gets more information on a school district that’s approved advertising for inside school buses. We’ll hear more about that this evening on NewsWorks Tonight.
