Calling all “stars’ in Dover
Dover has a new image campaign: “bright and shining star”. Now the Downtown Dover project wants artists to help illustrate it.
The call is going out for amateurs, professionals, students, and anyone with an artistic bent. The idea is to design a star that can be used as a downtown logo. It has to be 24 inches in diameter. Other than that you can use your imagination.
There’s a $25 fee to enter, but there are prizes for a first, second, and third place winner. All stars will be on display beginning in the fall. For more information call the DDP office at 302-678-2940.
