Body found outside Delaware retirement home
Upon further investigation, Wilmington Police have determined a body found in front of the Ingleside Retirement Home was not the result of foul play.
Witnesses told police they didn’t see anything unusual when they went out to smoke around 1 a.m., but found the unidentified woman’s body in the bushes near the entrance of the retirement home at 1005 N. Franklin Street during a second smoke break shortly before 6 a.m.
