Bike trail workshop in Lewes
Workshop on bike trails in Sussex planned for this afternoon.
The third in a series of public workshops on proposed bike trail projects will be held at Lewes City Hall from 4 to 7 p.m. The proposed trails are part of Governor Markell’s First State Trails and Pathways Initiative. The plan is included in full detail at trails.delaware.gov.
The Sussex County projects include:
Cape Henlopen State Park – Gordons Pond Trail
DE Seashore State Park – Fresh Pond Trail and Fred Hudson Road Pathway
DE Seashore State Park -Thompson Island Trail
Fred Hudson Road Pathway
Georgetown-Lewes Rail with Trail Phase 1
