Bike shop owners left wondering why City canceled Kelly Drive rentals
Wondering why you can’t rent bikes on Kelly Drive anymore? So are a lot of other people, and so are Glenn Krotick and Joseph Wentzell.
The owners of Breakaway Bikes used to run the Lloyd Hall Bike Rental Shack on Kelly Drive, after placing a winning bid in with the City of Philadelphia in 2006.
