Bike bill up for debate in State House

Bike enthusiast State Senator David Sokola’s bill to clarify Delaware’s rules of the road for cyclists is up for debate in the State House today.

Senate Bill 120 confirms that bicycles are legally aloud to stay straight when riding in right-turn-only lanes and when on paved shoulders of roads or highways.  The bill was approved by the Senate last June.
