Bath salt ban signed into law

Delaware’s bath salt ban will be signed into law this afternoon by Governor Markell.

Senate Bill 160 was quickly approved by both chambers of the General Assembly this month.  Bath salts were banned through an Executive Order issued by Markell last fall.  The bill bans the possession, use, sale, or delivery of synthetic cathinones, more commonly known as “bath salts.”
