Attempted luring reported by teenager in Manayunk

A 14-year-old female reported that when she was walking along the 300 block of Hermitage Street toward Pechin Street on Tuesday afternoon, a man stopped his vehicle and attemped to lure her into his car.

The offender is described as a white male in his late 50s with white hair and glasses. He was driving an older-model four-door gray car.
