Atlantic City RV Show is this weekend
The Great American RV Show rides into Atlantic City Convention Center on Feb. 12-14, 2016.
On display will be luxury motor homes, travel trailers, folding campers, fifth wheels and camper vans to fuel road trip fantasies. Demand for recreational vehicles has been steadily increasing since a recession low in 2009. And the lowest gas prices seen in over a decade ($1.47 per gallon in New Jersey) are expected to boost trailer sales even more this year, according to RV industry analyst Dr. Richard Curtin.Each day of the show offers several seminars on recreational vehicle safety from matching towing vehicles to trailers and fifth wheels, to weight, tire and electrical safety.Attendees can also scope out campgrounds and meet fellow travelers, plus a variety of vendors will be hawking the gear to tweak your home on wheels.Tickets cost $12 for adults (kids 12 and under are free).Friday, Feb. 12, noon to 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 13, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 14, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. – One Convention Blvd., Atlantic City, NJ
