The 54th annual DELPEX Stamp Show and Bourse, sponsored by the non-profit Brandywine Valley Stamp Club, will be held on Saturday, April 12th at the Nur Shrine Center, 198 S. DuPont Highway, New Castle, Delaware. This Year DELPEX will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Panama Canal opening.
