Anti bullying legislation to be signed

A pair of anti-bullying bills will be signed into law by Governor Markell this afternoon.  
House Bill 268 and Senate Bill 193 will become law this during a signing ceremony at Kirk Middle School in Newark.  The bills will strengthen reporting requirements for bullying incidents and start the process for developing a statewide policy on cyberbullying.
