Ackerman and supporters at School District headquarters this morning
After being absent from the last couple meetings and conferences, Philadelphia schools Superintendent Arlene Ackerman was at district headquarters this morning, along with a handful of supporters.
The Notebook reports Sens. Shirley Kitchen, Anthony Hardy Williams and Leanna Washington showed support, with Kitchen calling for Robert Archie to be removed as School Reform Commission chair.
