Apply for studio space in new Crane Arts building
A message from Crane Arts LLC:
Crane Arts is considering opening another studio building and would like your feedback. We want to design around the demand for the space. The new studio building is a 19th century school house at 1425 North Second Street between Jefferson and Master, right around the corner from the Crane Arts building. The building consists of 20 existing classroom between 650 and 750 sq. ft. with large windows bringing in lots of natural light. Built in 1891, the schoolhouse was a focal point of the Know-Nothing Riots. Set directly adjacent to St. Michael’s Church, the building backs up to the church’s cemetery with its beautiful sycamore trees creating an urban oasis. It is a three story building with no elevator, but a very wide staircase. It will have ample off street parking for tenants.
If you, or anyone you know, is interested, please fill out the following application and feel free to forward to your friends. Thank you.
