VENUE CHANGE for Tuesday’s Society Hill Civic Foxwoods Discussion

 The location for Society Hill Civic Association’s Tuesday panel discussion on Foxwoods Casino’s proposed Market Street location has changed.

  The new location is Old Pine Church at 412 Pine Street. All other details remain the same: Reverend Dick Ullman of St. Peter’s Episcopal will moderate the forum, which will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Audience members will be asked to submit their questions in writing, and Ullman will read them to the panel.

The panelists:
– Andrew Altman, Philadelphia deputy mayor and director of commerce and planning.
– Frank DiCicco, city councilman, first district.
– Robert Goodman, economics professor at Hampshire College in Massachusetts.
– Helen Gym, board member of Asian Americans United, a community organization.
– Les Bernal, executive director of Stop Predatory Gambling and former chief of staff to Massachusetts State Senator Sue Tucker.
