This district covers lower West Germantown and East Falls as well as parts of Nicetown and Tioga.

3200 block Fox St. – 2002 Dodge Neon stolen between 10:30 a.m. on 11/2/10 and 9:30 a.m. on 11/3/10.

3300 block Cresson St. – 1995 Honda Accord stolen between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on 11/4/10.

5200 block Knox St. – wood fireplace mantle was stolen between 3 p.m. on 10/1/10 and 10 p.m. on 11/4/10. Complainant said the place was under renovation at the time. There were no signs of forced entry.

400 block W. Chelten Ave. – assorted tools stolen from a 1988 Chevy sedan between 11 p.m. on 11/3/10 and 8 a.m. on 11/4/10.

3300 block N. 15th St – an offender threatened to kill complainant with a 10” kitchen knife. Police took offender into custody and to Northwest Detectives.

3100 block N. Carlisle St. – stove and copper pipes stolen from the property between 9 a.m. on 10/4/10 and 5 p.m. on 11/4/10.

3900 block N. Broad St. – complainant punched in the face and knocked to the ground by a group of teenagers after they saw him glance at them while they teased a dog. Complainant was taken to the hospital where his jaw was wired.

3700 block Pulaski Ave. – stereo, Sony digital camera and clothing stolen from a 1999 Ford sedan between 11:50 p.m. on 11/4/10 and 8:30 a.m. on 11/5/10.

1400 block W. Pacific St. – Garmin GPS System, 3.5” portable screen and charger stolen from a dark blue Honda Civic between 9:45 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. on 11/5/10.

3700 block N. 16th St. – 30” TV, TV stand and DVD player stolen from the property between 5 p.m. on 10/31/10 and 9:30 p.m. on 11/5/10. Complainant said her baby’s father sold her TV and DVD player to her first floor neighbor.

3300 block N. Sydenham St. – Dell laptop stolen from a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta between 9 and 10 a.m. on 11/5/10.

2600 block W. Indiana Ave. – 1999 Mercury Marquis stolen between 10 p.m. on 11/4/10 and 8 a.m. on 11/5/10.

2900 block Judson St. – complainant stabbed in the left hand with a knife by his sister-in-law. Sister-in-law arrested.

2400 block W. Clearfield St – copper pipes stolen from the property. Complainant said two known offenders returned to the property several hours after they were evicted. There was no eye-witness to the burglary, but the complainant said he overheard them talking about the job. Latent prints were lifted.

2600 W. Seltzer St. – 32” Emerson LCD TV and $260 stolen from the property between 6:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on 11/5/10.  Complainant said the kitchen window and door was broken.

100 block Wyneva St – 2008 Suzuki Reno stolen between 6 p.m. on 11/5/10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on 11/6/10.

5000 block Germantown Ave. – 1998 Dodge Ram stolen between 12 and 2 a.m. on 11/6/10. Complainant said he lost his car keys at the bar that night.

Unit block W. Seymour St. – complainant said an unknown person maced her at the location. She was taken to the emergency room.

3600 block Calumet St. – complainant said he was hit in the side of his face with an unknown object by an unknown person during an attempted robbery. The offender ran out of the back door. Nothing was taken.

3500 block N. 21st St. – police observed the mother of the complainant’s daughter pointing a knife at and threatening to kill the complainant if he did not leave the property. Offender was arrested and taken to Northwest Detectives.

3300 block N. 17th St. – complainant’s grandmother struck her several times in the face with a telephone during an argument after church. There were no visible injuries.

2500 block W. Allegheny Ave. – 42” flat screen TV, Wii Game System, two DVD players and $900 stolen between 9 p.m. on 11/6/10 and 2:30 a.m. on 11/7/10. Complainant said she came home to a kicked in front door. Two latent prints were lifted from the scene.

2800 block N. 23rd St. – 2001 Buick Regal stolen between 8 p.m. on 11/6/10 and 11 a.m. on 11/7/10.

North Broad St. /West Indiana Ave. – complainant was struck in the head by a rock thrown at her bus window. Complainant was taken to the emergency room to be treated for a 1 inch laceration.

100 block Wyneva St. – black case with 30 CD’s stolen from a black Honda sedan at around 7 a.m. on 11/8/10

2900 block W. Queen La. – laptop stolen from a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero between 7:05 a.m and 5 p.m. on 11/8/10. Complainant said her front passenger side window was broken when she returned to her car.

4000 block N. Broad St. – yellow Panatara Motorcycle and a four-wheel ATV stolen from a garage between 6 p.m. on 11/6/10 and 10 a.m. on 11/8/10.

3200 block N. 15th St. – GPS stolen from a 2004 Toyota 4Runner between 7 a.m. and 8:10 p.m. on 11/8/10.

3400 N. Smedley St. – jewelry box and jewelry stolen between 6:10 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on 11/8/10. Complainant said she came home from work to find her back security door pried open, the second door kicked in and the upstairs and back bedroom ransacked.

3100 block Roberts Ave. – complainant said he returned home to find a bullet hole in the trunk of his 2006 Chevy Impala. He said he heard a gunshot earlier in the day at the location.

5200 block Knox St. – copper piping stolen between 10 p.m. on 11/5/10 and 6:30 p.m. on 11/9/10.  Complainant said she came home to find her front door kicked in.

5200 Morris St. – pocket book containing a bible, medications and a medical vest stolen from a vehicle between 12 and 12:20 a.m. on 11/7/10. Complainant said she had left her car unlocked.

1700 block W. Juniata St. – complainant was struck in the head with an unknown object during a verbal dispute with the offender. Complainant was taken to the hospital.

1900 block Dennie St. – a group of men and women went to the location armed with sticks and hard objects to fight the complainant’s daughter after an argument she had with one of the women in the group.  Complainant said one of men had a gun and asked her daughter to come outside. The offender fled before police arrived at the scene.

2500 block W. Cambria St. – complainant was pushed into an alleyway and raped by a man she said she recognized from around the neighborhood. Complainant was transported to the Special Victims Unit.

3000 block of N. 22nd St. – Apple iPod stolen from a 2004 Nissan Maxima between 12 and 8 a.m. on 11/9/10. Complainant said an unknown person broke her front passenger side window.

400 block W. Stafford St. – 2004 Buick Rainier stolen around 12:30 p.m. on 11/10/10.

5100 block Greene St. – Two unknown males stole an iPod, two pairs of sneakers and a blue gym bag taken from the complainant.  Complainant said a driver pulled over and tried to help. The offenders fled in an unknown direction.

2900 block Midvale Ave. – bike stolen between 10 p.m. on 11/9/10 and 6 a.m. on 11/10/10.

3500 block N. Sydenham St. – black 8GB iPod Touch and Garmin GPS system stolen from a 1999 Honda Civic between 12 and 7 a.m. on 11/10/10. Complainant said her passenger side window was broken.

1600 block W. Allegheny Ave. – 2002 Ford Focus stolen between 8 and 9:30 p.m. on 11/9/10.

1600 block Staub St. – complainant said a known offender tried to stab him with a knife several times after trying to strike him with a 2X4. Offender barricaded himself in the property when police arrived. SWAT later took the offender into their custody.

1440 block Blavis St. – complainant said she was sprayed in the face with pepper spray by her neighbor during a dispute. The neighbor was later arrested.

2800 block W. Cambria St. – 1994 Toyota Camry stolen. Complainant said a unknown man wearing overalls jumped into her car with the keys in the ignition and drove away.

500 block of Manheim St. – complainant said her son stood over her bed with a flower pot and demanded she hand over a TransPass. The offender ransacked the bedroom before being arrested and transported to Northwest Detectives.

2900 block W. School House La. – complainant said three unknown males stole his iPod Touch, cell phone, wallet, ID and credit card. The offenders fled in an unknown direction.

400 block W. School House La. – 1995 Chrysler G20 stolen between 10 p.m. on 11/10/10 and 8 a.m. on 11/11/10.

4300 block Germantown Ave. – complainant punched in the stomach by two masked offenders with handguns after they barged through her front door. Offenders stole $450 from complainant’s pants and fled in a tan vehicle.
