2 Philly-area high schoolers are going to the Super Bowl — of science

Jonah Kallenbach and Meghan Shea, come on down.

The seniors from Germantown Academy and Unionville High School, respectively, are two of 40 finalists in the 2013 Intel Science Talent Search. The finalists were announced early Wednesday morning.

Next up: Washington, D.C., March 7-13, where the young scientists will be judged by a panel of experts.

A whopping $630,000 in awards will be on the line. The top winner will take home $100,000 from the Intel Foundation.
