Step inside Albie’s Elevator Operator Supply Co., your one-stop shop for all the goods a budding elevator operator may need! Open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., June 23 through July 6, this shop is best suited for elevator operators ages 2-8, though the young at heart are also welcome!
Visitors can:
- WATCH new episodes of WHYY’s locally produced children’s series Albie’s Elevator in our pillow fort screening zone.
- CREATE take-home art projects based on the second season including a watercolor heart with a secret message and a miniature paper elevator!
- BECOME a member of WHYY on site and receive exclusive gifts, including a jumbo tote, canned PIZZAZZ and canned BOREDOM with secret podcast content, and a limited edition Albie plush!
Elevator operators can also pick an item to take home from our trade wall, in exchange for two of our accepted currencies: two jokes, two animal facts, two dance moves, two funny faces, etc.
