Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump’s recent comments about election day shenanigans in Pennsylvania and Philadelphia have some old questions back on our minds, including: How common is voter fraud and what are the rules at the polls on election day? Not very… according to the research.  Marty will start by talking with the Public Interest Law Center’s JENNIFER CLARKE about voter laws and rights in Pennsylvania. And we’ll discuss the debate over voter fraud across the country with RICHARD PILDES, a Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law, and by EDWARD FOLEY, a Professor at the Moritz College of Law at the Ohio State University and author of “Ballot Battles: The History of Disputed Elections in the United States.”
