    Remember the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard?  The Willow Grove Naval Air Station?  As the U.S. military consolidates its operations, its presence in the Philadelphia area is diminishing.

    But one branch of the military remains strong here: the Coast Guard, with its Delaware Bay base located at Washington and Delaware Avenues.  Petty Officer First Class Jarrod Bohler of the U.S. Coast Guard talks about his work week.
