Phila. Security Expert: NSA struck the “right balance” of security and personal liberty

    National Security Agency Director Keith Alexander says he welcomes public debate about the phone and email surveillance programs disclosed last week by a former NSA contractor.  A Philadelphia couple is suing the federal government over the practice of accessing its and all Verizon customer phone records.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with privacy and data security attorney Scott Vernick about the revelations.
