Listen 00:48:44

Guests: Greg Harris, Dyana Williams, Francis Davis

Historically, Philadelphia is home to one of the most pervasive and influential music cultures in the country, from jazz to soul to pop to punk. For this reason, there are currently plans underway to erect a Philadelphia Music Museum and Hall of Fame, spearheaded by some of the most influential figures in Philadelphia music history. But who would be inducted into this monument to the city’s musical prowess? Today, we’re joined by a panel of guests who will tell us who should be bestowed this honor. GREG HARRIS is a Philadelphia native and the president and CEO of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. DYANA WILLIAMS, is an award-winning radio personality, president of the Philadelphia chapter of the Recording Academy, and celebrity strategist for such artists as Rihanna, Justin Bieber, and Usher. We’ll also be joined by FRANCIS DAVIS, jazz critic for The Village Voice.
