JEREMY ROEBUCK, courts reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer joins Marty to talk about the case. And finally, all GOP eyes were in Des Moines this weekend where Republican presidential hopefuls took the stage at the Iowa Freedom Summit. Joining us to recap the events is Des Moines Register political columnist KATHIE OBRADOVICH.
