A new report from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Pathways to Prosperity, has ignited a contentious debate about whether all students should go to college or if we should be providing alternative routes to careers including technical training, apprenticeship programs and work-based learning, for example. ROBERT SCHWARTZ, author of the report, joins us along with MICHAEL COHEN, a critic who says that could sacrifice a quality education for those not college-bound.
