    In the midst of  the Blizzard of 2010, things are heating up in Pennsylvania’s U.S. senate race. According to a recent Rasmussen poll, Republican contender Pat Toomey leads both potential Democratic contenders, Arlen Specter and Joe Sestak. Then there is the critically important race for the U.S. congress seat left vacated by the death of Rep. John Murtha. And earlier this week, the Governor submitted his eighth and final budget proposal earlier this week.  We’ll go behind these headlines with with SCOTT DETROW, WHYY’s Harrisburg reporter, JOHN MICEK of the Allentown Morning Call, and Roll Call’s SHIRA TOEPLITZ.
