Two inmates at Philadelphia’s Federal Detention Center are suing to overturn a policy that blocks some of their loved ones from visiting them as they await trial.  We talk with Pennlive’s Wallace McKelvey about Pennsylvania’s rollout of medical marijuana, and the secrecy around who obtained permits, and who granted them.  Recovery from drug addiction can be a long process, and new tools can help, but they require a new mindset.  We check in on Pennsylvania’s once again stalled budget talks.  We stop by the String Theory Charter School in Philadelphia.  And we hear from musician Paul Jost.
