20 planets beyond our solar system need names. . . . and the public is invited to give its thumbs-up or down to proposals. Results will be announced in November, you have until October 31st to cast your vote.

An unusual telescope (86 shafts sunk 8,000 feet down into one cubic kilometer of glacial ice in Antartica and the shafts filled with 5160 optical detectors) is being utilized to looking for elusive evidence of cosmic neutrinos.
