In our second hour examining Hurricane Sandy’s impacts, we’ll talk with Philadelphia Mayor MICHAEL NUTTER about the city’s preparations for the storm’s approach and aftermath. And we’ll talk with MICHAEL LEMONICK senior science writer for Princeton-based Climate Central, the lead author of the new book “Global Weirdness: Severe Storms, Deadly Heat Waves, Relentless Drought, Rising Seas, and the Weather of the Future.” Then we have Gov. JACK MARKELL live from the Middletown emergency shelter and CHRIS CLARK, a photographer with The Coastal Point, a weekly newspaper covering lower Sussex County, Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. And we’ll get updates from throughout the region on Sandy’s impacts in New Jersey, Delaware and southeast Pennsylvania.
