Beach Bike Safety
Delaware beach towns will be busy this 4th of July weekend. That means lots of work for the foreign workers who have taken summer jobs, and many of them ride bicycles to those jobs. First Look reports on an increased call for bike safety after the death last month of a 19 year old Ukrainian woman on Delaware Rt. 1.

Legislative Review
The first half of the 148th Delaware General Assembly is in the books. That strange legislative ritual known as June 30th didn’t end until 6am on July 1st. Here’s a review of what happened.
