Executive compensation and bonuses

As part of their bailout deal, Chrysler and GM agreed not to pay bonuses to their 25 highest paid CEOs. On Wall Street, bonuses are still part of the pay package but some investment banks are searching for ways other than cash to reward their executives. Our guests are New York Times reporter LOUISE STORY and professors CHARLES ELSON and RAKESH KHURANA. Listen to the mp3
