Campaign Spending and the mid-term elections: Where is all this money coming from?

    Campaign chests for some candidates are bursting at the seams. Estimates are that over $5 billion dollars will be spent on the upcoming mid-term elections, a clear indication of what is at stake for both houses of Congress.  Where is all the money coming from?  The answers are complicated because not every group has to disclose the information. We’ll talk with DAVE LEVINTHAL of the Center for Responsive Politics who has been tracking the money, and KENNETH VOGEL, who writes about campaign spending for Politico.com.
