    Ambassador PETER GALBRAITH discusses his new book “Unintended Consequences: How War in Iraq Strengthened America’s Enemies.” In the late 80’s, he publicized Saddam Hussein’s use of chemical weapons against the Kurds. He served as U.S. ambassador to Croatia and East Timor. He is Senior Diplomatic Fellow at the Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation and also a Contributor to The New York Review of Books.
