Philadelphia Eagles, NFL Concussion Settlement, and High School Football

Listen

As the NFL season gets underway, we take a look at all things football during this hour of Radio Times. Kicking things off will be RAY DIDINGER of Comcast SportsNet. He will breakdown Monday night’s season opener for the Eagles and new coach Chip Kelly’s high-octane offense. Then we’ll hand things off to KEN BELSON of the New York Times who’ll take us through the NFL’s concussion settlement with many of its former players. Is this settlement enough to deal with the problems concussions present to many NFL players? Finally, we turn things over to EDWARD DUNN, head football coach of Martin Luther King High School here in Philadelphia. He’ll describe what it’s been like to coach the school’s football in light of its recent merger with Germantown High.
